1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for or participating in the Siliguri Marathon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Event Registration
- Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- The organizers reserve the right to reject any entry.
3. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Follow the instructions of race officials and volunteers.
- Respect other runners and spectators.
- Compete fairly and without the use of enhanced performance substances.
4. Liability Waiver
You acknowledge that running a marathon is a physically demanding activity. You assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions, and traffic.
You release the Siliguri Marathon organizers, sponsors, and partners from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
5. Event Changes and Cancellation
The organizers reserve the right to modify the race route, start time, or date if necessary for safety reasons. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather), refunds may not be provided.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
